The Way We Work;

The Management Committee is responsible from all the activities of the organisation.

The Management Committee;

1. Meets on monthly basis

2. It follows recent social and political developments that may affect our target group

3. It considers and feedbacks on all our activities

4. It talks about organizing all future events and delegates responsibilities accordingly

5. The Management Committee also meets on bi-weekly basis to discuss on the developments of the activities carried out within that time frame and talk over recent social developments which we need to be apart of.

6. The management Committee will be represented with at least 1 of its member in the commissions. This representative will provide written feedback to the Management Committee in monthly meetings.

7. The management Committee is responsible from holding quarterly member meetings to provide the information of all activities carried out by the organisation within that time frame and to discuss and plan new activities.

All Commissions and responsible officers;

1. Work according to the programme and the constitution of the organisation

2. Will follow developments in their area of work and identify appropriate actions according to the developments and carry these out with the approval of the Management Committee

3. Will meet within the assigned time limit

4. Will continue their activities by producing quarterly plans

5. Arrange all the agenda items of their meetings will be agreed in the previous meetings, additional items for the agenda will be past over to other participants of the meeting before hand.

6. Plan their activities that require financial support 1 month in advance and hand this in for the approval of the Management Committee and the Grant Commission

6. Keep expenditure and income notes

7. Will provide the plans of the commission to the management committee on monthly basis
